Brandon does amazing work and gets to it very quickly! And it doesn’t matter if it’s cold or heat he gets it running the same day! He is always my go to when I need help with the HVAC!

Our air went out over the weekend and my husband called Brandon to see if he could come take a look- He came as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and ordered a new motor (under warranty) that was installed as soon as it arrived. He also serviced all of our other units, changed a few things that needed updating and we have now hired him to come yearly to service them so we won’t need a new motor due to drain lines being backed up and frozen! Wonderful company, prompt service and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Brandon came out today to service my air conditioner and he added a new thermostat. He is very nice and professional! He did a great job!!!!

Brandon was amazing to work with. Fair pricing, excellent diagnostic work. The condenser was left cleaner than it was found and some wiring was cleaned up that had previously been messy/improper. Another company had come out previously to do a diagnostic and Brandon was able to find an issue that they overlooked as well as offer some advice for continued maintenance in the future for our system. If you’re in the Spartanburg/Upstate area I would highly recommend Quality hvac LLC.

Brandon is outstanding! We called, and he showed up within an hour—then had our air conditioning fixed in just 30 minutes. It was like magic! All jokes aside, he’s incredibly reliable and does excellent work.

Brandon returned my call on a weekend and made time to meet with me that Monday, assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. It turned out, had he not come out so quickly it might have been a much more expensive replacement and repair. He was recommended by House Wiring Solutions, who have done extensive electrical work for us. I decided to have Brandon come yearly to inspect and maintain our heat pump system.

It’s so difficult these days to find a contractor that is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative, and willing to actually show up. Brandon unquestionably fits the bill! He was immediately responsive, communicated that he was on the way, and did an excellent job on our HVAC system. We’ve already recommended him to several friends in the area. Quality hvac LLC was referred from a search I had done. I reached out to Brandon and provided him the details of our AC problem. With some photos proved Brandon ordered the condenser that was broken. The following day he came go the install. Brandon’s work was great. He was very neat and organized which was highly impressive. He had the job done within a couple hours and the AC was back up and running like new! The following weeks I organized an install of a mini split. Of course I called Brandon. The install took a little more time and again, very neat and organized and professional install. I highly recommend Brandon if you are in need any AC repairs.
